Our Company

HazMatOhio is an All Hazards Training Company that was established in 1998  as an online training site known as HazMatOhio.com. OSHA decided that some online training was "insufficient & inadequate ". While the majority of our work was online the company had third party contracts to conduct training throughout the state of Ohio. While keeping our third party contracts and being invited for major speaking appearances. We felt that it was necessary to keep up with the times and do business as HazMatOhio, LLC. As time passed on, growth was overwhelming and several years ago we slowly moved away from third party contracts. The continued growth allowed us to hire additional speakers which let us offer additional services. Currently, we not only conduct hazardous materials courses we conduct several other courses for EHS. In 2013 we decided to expand our model to provide safety services as the demand increased. Today we have over 8 instructors, 15 confined space rescue technicians, 4 CPR instructors, and 3 hazardous materials consultants. Our main goal is to provide to our customers like companies did in the old days. Provide them with the best quality and service at an affordable price. Our customers are not just customers they are our friends!

 Todd McKee is a 25 year veteran of the fire service.  Mr McKee is known for his expertise in Hazardous Materials.  Mr. McKee has appeared at the largest fire conference in the world known as FDIC and has spoke at the The University of Missouri Fire Institute and Technology.  He is also known for being a part of a national group for the reinvestigation of the Beverly Hills Supper Club Fire that occurred in Northern Ky. on May 28, 1977 that killed over 165 people.  Mr McKee has also sat on several state of Ohio technical committees.  He takes pride in our services and will customize any course to meet the need of the client.
